SMTP Logging
LinkProof can sends SMTP log messages asynchronously to designated locations. You must set a logging output location to view any logs.
LinkProof can send SMTP traps in e-mail messages to specified users. Each user receives e-mail messages according to the specified severity level (Info, Warning, Error or Fatal), which is configured in the User Table.
* To configure an SMTP client

Select Services > SMTP. The SMTP pane is displayed.

Specifies the IP address of an alternative SMTP server. The alternate SMTP server is used when an SMTP connection cannot be established successfully with the main SMTP server, or when the main SMTP server closed the connection. The device tries to establish a connection to the main SMTP server, and starts reusing it when it available.
Specifies the status of the SMTP client. The value must be enable to support features that are related to sending e-mail messages.
